수원무당버섯 Russula mariae

 

작고 단정한 붉은 무당버섯, 갓은 물론 자루도 붉은빛이 감돌고 주름살은 비교적 촘촘하며 끝붙은 주름살로 흰색에 가까운 크림색이다. 갓 지름 2~5cm의 소형종으로 우리나라에서는 아래와 같은 홍색의 버섯이 주종이지만 구글 검색에서는 거의 보라색에 가까운 붉은색이 다수이다. 영명도 'purple-bloom russula'(자주꽃송이무당버섯)이다.

 

여름~가을에 활엽수림, 침엽수림 내 땅 위에 홀로 또는 흩어져서 발생한다. 참나무의 외생균근성 버섯이다. 국립수목원 '독버섯 바로 알기'에서 위장자극 중독을 일으키는 독버섯으로 기록하고 있다. (설사, 구토, 복통 등의 증상을 보이며 다량 섭취 시 사망에 이르기도 하는데 원인 성분은 콜린, 나에마톨린, 람프테롤 글리지신 등이다.)

● 수원무당버섯 Russula mariae | purple-bloom russula  ↘  무당버섯목 무당버섯과 무당버섯속

갓은 지름 1~5cm 정도로 반구형에서 점차 중앙이 오목한 편평형 또는 깔때기형이 된다. 갓 표면은 선홍색이나 적색에서 자주색으로 건조하면 분질상의 얼룩이 있고, 습하면 점성이 있으며 비 등으로 퇴색하기 쉽다. 주름살은 자루에 붙어 있거나 내린주름살이며, 빽빽하고, 흰색에서 점차 크림색~연한 황색이 된다.

대의 길이는 2~5cm 정도이며, 표면은 갓과 (전체 또는 부분적으로)같은 색이거나 다소 연한 색이다. 조직은 희고, 흙냄새나 냉이 냄새가 난다. 포자문은 흰색~연한 황색이다.   <관찰 및 정보 정리>, 2011
