담황색주름버섯 Agaricus sylvicola

 

유백색~회백색의 갓은 비교적 큰 편이고 중심부에 황색빛이 비치고 자루에 상처를 주면 진한 황색으로 변색되는 것을 볼 수 있다. 등색주름버섯(A. abruptibulbus)에 비해 자루 밑부분이 밋밋한 편이고, 흰주름버섯(A. arvensis)에 비해 자루 밑부분이 길고 날씬하다.

 

여름~가을 침엽수, 활엽수, 혼효림의 땅에 홀로 또는 흩어져 난다. 식용 가능한 버섯이다.

균모의 지름은 5~12.5cm로 반구형에서 차차 편평하게 되며 중앙은 약간 돌출된다. 표면은 마르고 매끈하며 유백색, 회백색 또는 연한 황색이고 중앙은 가끔 다갈색이다. 섬유상의 털이 압착되어 있으며 상처를 받으면 황색으로 된다. 가장자리는 처음에 아래로 감기며 가끔 피막의 잔편이 붙어 있다. 살은 약간 두껍고 백색이며 상처를 받으면 황색으로 된다. 맛은 온화하다. 주름살은 떨어진 주름살로 밀생하며 폭이 좁고 길이가 같지 않다. 처음에는 백색이고 이후 연분홍색이 되었다가 갈색을 거쳐 자갈색으로 된다. 

자루의 길이는 6~12cm, 굵기는 0.6~1.2cm로 위쪽으로 가늘어지며 기부는 구경상으로 부풀고 백색에서 황갈색으로 되며 상처를 받으면 황색으로 된다. 턱받이는 상위이며 막질로 상면은 백색이고 하면은 솜털상이며 대형이고 탈락하기 쉽다. 포자의 크기는 6.5~7×3.5~4μm로 타원형이고 자갈색이며 표면은 매끄럽다. 4-포자성이다. 연낭상체는 난형 또는 서양배 모양이고 폭은 15~20μm이다. 포자문은 암갈색이다.  - 조덕현, <한국의 균류 2>, 2017.
