꽃쥐손이 Geranium platyanthum <= G. eriostemon

 

연변 화룡현, 복주머니난과 숲바람꽃을 탐사하러 간 야산에서 만난 꽃쥐손이이다. 남쪽에서 만난 꽃쥐손이에 비해 전체적으로 연하고 부드러운 느낌이고 꽃색이 하늘빛으로 좀더 푸르다. 부전쥐손이인가 싶기도 하였다. 중국에서는 '털꽃술쥐손이풀'이라는 뜻의 '毛蕊老鹳草'(모예노관초)라 불린다.

 

우리나라 전역 고산지역 초지에서 자란다. 중국 북동부-중서부, 러시아 극동지역, 몽골 등에 분포한다. 일본에는 없다.

● 꽃쥐손이 Geranium platyanthum  ↘  쥐손이풀목 쥐손이풀과 쥐손이풀속 여러해살이풀 

높이는 30~50㎝ 정도로 자란다. 줄기는 전체에 퍼진 역모(逆毛)가 밀생하며 원줄기는 세로로 홈이 있고 윗부분에 샘털이 있다. 근생엽은 엽병이 길며 밑부분의 잎과 더불어 5~7각상 원형이고 폭 8~12㎝로서 5~7개로 반 또는 그 이상 갈라지며 표면에 복모, 뒷면에 퍼진 털이 있다. 열편은 사각상 거꿀달걀 모양으로서 끝이 뾰족하고 불규칙한 결각과 더불어 톱니가 있으며, 탁엽은 넓은 피침형이고 서로 떨어진다.

꽃은 7~8월에 피며 지름 3.5~4㎝로서 원줄기 끝에 10송이씩 우산모양꽃차례로 달리고 꽃자루는 곧으며 퍼진 샘털이 있다. 꽃받침 조각은 긴 타원형이고 퍼진 털이 있으며 꽃잎은 홍자색이고 넓은 타원형으로서 맥 위에 샘털 또는 복모가 있으며, 수술대 밑부분에 긴 털이 있고 암술머리는 3~4㎜이다. 열매는 삭과로 털이 밀생하며, 5갈래로 갈라진다. 7~9월에 익는다.  <국가생물종지식정보시스템>

 

 

 

• 흰털쥐손이(var. hypoleucum) : 잎 뒷면에 흰 샘털이 밀생하는 꽃쥐손이의 변종

 

○ 중국 이름은 '毛蕊老鹳草'(모예노관초). 지상부와 열매를 장염 등에 약용한다.
