가을이 오면서 띠비늘버섯이 소나무와 활엽수를 가리지 않고 자주 발견된다. 포도버섯과 비늘버섯속 버섯으로, 갓 표면은 갈색으로 섬유상의 인편이 있으며 가운데는 어두운 갈색 가장자리는 연한 갈색이고 가장자리는 띠 모양을 이룰 때가 많다. 주름살은 붙은형으로 크림색~연한 갈색으로 촘촘한 편이다.
우리나라와 중국 남서부, 호주와 뉴질랜드 남부와 칠레 등 남반구 태평양 지역에서 보고되고 있는 종이다. 죽은 나무 그루터기나 재목, 가지, 땅에 묻힌 나무에 다발로 나거나 무리지어 난다.

● 띠비늘버섯 Pholiota multicingulata ↘ 주름버섯목 포도버섯과 비늘버섯속
갓은 어린 시기에는 종형 또는 평반구형이며 성숙하면 중고편평형으로 지름 1.5~4.5cm이며 표면은 옅은 갈색이며 중앙은 어두운 갈색으로 가는 섬유상의 인편이 있다. 주름살은 붙은형으로 크림색에서 옅은 갈색이다.
대는 원통형으로 길이 2.5~5cm, 지름 0.3~0.5cm로 위쪽은 주름살의 색과 같으며 아래쪽은 옅은 갈색이다. <국립공원공단 생물종정보>
